All male hockey players pay into their hockey canada insurance. Therefore, if one is injured and they can prove they do not have AT insurance coverage they are eligible for $750/season for AT. The client must show proof of the rejection letter, get the hockey Canada Injury Report form signed by a Dr, and team coach / manager.
